#NewPolicy: All scheduled Removing Barriers clients will have their temperature taken upon arrival before they may proceed to the clinic using the infrared touch-less forehead thermometer: 1. Any client that declines to have their temperature taken will be asked to leave. 2. In order to be permitted in, your temperature must be lower than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit (100.4) 3. If your temperature is 100.4 or above, you will be asked to leave and call (510) 215-3189 to reschedule... your appointment. Thank you!

Please check your emails and read our most recently updated clinic policy to be prepared for the December 12th #tattooremoval clinic. There will be no exceptions permitted: No children or companions, unless you require a caretaker for ADA purposes, may accompany you inside the building. If needed, be sure to shave the area to be treated before your appointment. Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and text us from your car to check in. The # is (510) 854-6644. If ...you check in later than that we cannot guarantee you will be seen. Bear with us - it's a new process and we need to follow all steps. Masks are mandatory at all times unless or until the treatment nurse directs otherwise. Any non-compliance is grounds for dismissal without reimbursement. Your temperature will be taken via a touchless infrared forehead thermometer and you will complete a COVID-19 disclaimer form on which we'll need your physical address and a number where you may be reached or we may leave a message; none of this information is optional due to tracing requirements. We are not able to offer ice packs, cobane or refreshments at this time; you may bring your own. Signs are posted throughout the building with mandated social distancing and masks, as well as directions for sanitizing. All directives need to be complied with.
