Haven't been posting here much. I have moved class from the garage to Chico Iron Athletics. Make no mistake, you can still train with us in a Relevant Fitness kind of way. Class times are MWF 8:30am and 5:00pm Message me for details.

Some swinging, some snatching and some push presses going on here today. Nice job! Oh and lots of battling rope. Good stuff!

Yesterday was a good one, followed by post workout meal at Fork In The Road. Nice way to end a training session for sure! Yum!! Get ups x 5/5 Farmers walk 50 meters x 3 (doubles) Overhead walks 50 meters x3 (doubles)... *Alternate CL-P-SW circuit 10/10 down to 1/1 ( you may PP if you can no longer P) Each above set followed by 10 barbell deadlift (deadlift should be on the lighter side.) (Think swing) Kettlebell peeps will know what I mean by this and maybe some others ;-) Rest 1-2 min repeat Did I mention the run down Keefer when the horses got out? Little extra cardio never hurts. It was definitely a fun one!
