We can get so involved in the physical realm in which we live that we often lose sight of the spiritual realm. The Bible tells us, He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4) But we forget this and start to panic. We see the power of the enemy as Elisha’s servant did. May God open our eyes that we might see the spiritual realm. What a difference it makes in our whole outlook.

I have heard all about you, Lord. I am filled with awe by your amazing works. In this time of our deep need, help us again as you did in years gone by. And in your anger remember your mercy.
