Thanks to our friends at @renutherapy. Dr. Lin took a plunge into sub 40 degree ice cold water in this perosnalized therapy bath. Tony Robbins and many tech execs do to #biohack. Definitely believe there is a place in decreasing systemic inflammation. Also after 15 min of plunging for 1 to 2 minutes at a time. Your awake like 15 espresso shots. Worth a try!
