The Reading Center, in partnership with the Academic Success Program at the Center for Healthy Neighborhoods and Dr. ...Joyce Gomez-Najarro's READ 516 graduate students, is providing assessments for children signed up for virtual tutoring. The graduate students are honing their craft guided by Dr. Gomez-Najarro and Carla Salcido, Reading Center Literacy Specialist. They will be providing information to undergraduate tutors to facilitate student learning. All are developing important skills for navigating reading assessment and intervention in a virtual environment. See more
