The Sequoia Healthcare District is hosting a townhall (English & Spanish interpretation) on children's mental health during the holidays on Tuesday, December 15th. "Dr. Nayfack will offer strategies to help families cope with additional stressors in this challenging time, and share his experiences with his own 3rd and 6th graders at home." -- El Sequoia Healthcare District organizará un ayuntamiento sobre la salud mental (en ingles y espanol) de los niños durante las vacaciones, el martes 15 de diciembre. "El Dr. Nayfack ofrecerá estrategias para ayudar a las familias a lidiar con factores estresantes adicionales en este momento dificil, y compartirá sus experiencias con sus propios alumnos de tercer y sexto grado en casa."
