Are you looking to shed a few pounds fast? Incorporate Intervals to your workout. How? Find a track, pool, or even your bike. All you need is about 30minutes. It would go a little like this: 10 minute warm-up 6 x 200m sprints or 1minute of work (swim, bike, etc) rest 90 seconds between each rep 5 minute cool down

Need that quick workout I mentioned yesterday? Find a set of stairs and get creative. I did something similar to this yesterday at the Capitola stairs. After a 10 minute warm up, complete 3 rounds or 15 minutes -3 ascents up the stairs -10 squat jumps -10 step ups or lunges (5per leg) -5 push ups... Rest 45sec to 1 minute between rounds. It's a leg burner for sure!! See more
