I will never forget, how this made my heart ache, the shear look of terror on people’s faces as they stared in disbelief or ran for their lives, the people jumping from the towers to their deaths, the towers as they collapsed and crumbled to the ground with so many innocent people inside, the hero’s who didn’t hesitate to run inside the towers on a mission to save everyone they possibly could, who’s sacrifices will never be forgotten - firefighters, police officers, paramedics, the hospitals, the passengers on flight 93 that fought back and saved so many more lives and not thinking twice about their sacrifice and all of the countless people who became heroes that day. I will never forget this day on 9/11, ever and will always remember the horror as I watched it unfold right in front of me live on tv. #neverforget #heroes #911

It is with a sad heart that we announce that Red Bicycle Catering is closing. Unfortunately Covid has swallowed our dream...for now. This dream began over 14 years ago when I first started providing cooking classes at my kids school, leading to the creation and implementation of the organic school garden and garden program at Grant school. Teaching my community about health, wellness and fresh food became a passion, a calling in my life. Inspiring people to make better food c...hoices and help them realize that they had the power to take charge of their health right from their kitchen. This passion transformed into the Dinner Project, healthy family meals to go for individual families by word of mouth. Once I saw the tremendous need for these dinners, Red Bicycle Catering was born. It was born out of a passion for nurturing my community through food, a desire to provide much needed nutrition education and a love for cooking nutrient dense food to people who enjoy it and appreciate it. We have made so many wonderful friends along the way and have enjoyed working closely with our local farms to bring their beautiful food to life. I thank my amazing, incredibly hard working, dedicated staff @jobaby_11 @gabe_rubanowitz @finn.cave @bitterbuffalo_ and Kelly.
