The New Patio at the Red Caboose

Not only do we have a great breakfast, we also have a great dinner menue. Our evenings have grown to 6 nights a week, starting on Tuesday evening through Sunday... evening. On our main menue we have homemade meatloaf, coconut shrimp, rib eye steak, Black Angus Country Fried Steak, pasta, pilaf, and a whole array of sandwiches and side dishes. Also on Friday and Saturday we offer a Prime Rib dinner. Our mashed potatoes are real and all of our soups are made from scratch. Come on out for a nice comfortable dinner, you will not be dissapointed. We are a 5 star rated restaurant and the credit goes to our staff that prepares the food and serves our clients. Well, this is the day that will be a light at the end of the tunnel or train. All we can do is hope for the best for the country. It will either be time to load... up on ammo or breath a sigh of relief. We are going to be open at the cafe until 9PM tonight. Our new hours have us open Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Well the election is almost over, thankfully. We are going to start being open for dinner more nights per week. Starting November 1, Tuesday our new hours will ...be Sunday, 6 AM to 8 PM, Monday 6 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday thru Thrusday 6 AM to 9 PM, and Friday & Saturday 6 AM to 10 PM. On November 8, we will be showing the election coverage on FOX News at the Cafe. Come by for some cheers or tears, however it turns out. See more

There are a lot of things going on at the Caboose. We are working on the plans to rebuild the Patio, when I constructed it, I built it within the confines of th...e wrought iron fence, some one complained to the county after 6 years that I was over property line so I am in the process of making the corrections. Thank You all for your continued support. We have been given a lot of support and when I am finished it will be an asset to the restaurant for comfprtable dining and events. I am looking to do some wine tasting evenings and assorted events to provide a venue for our clients. I lost the music because some one complained about the loud noise. We will get through this together and enjoy the rewards at the end. Thanks for everything, as you can see from the add in the paper, you have all helped us achieve recognition that you cannot buy.

The Red Caboose Cafe is going to have additional evenings for dinner. As of November 1, 2016 we will be open of Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Our new days of ...operation will be; Sunday from 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM, Monday from 6:00 AM until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6:00 AM until 9:00PM and Friday & Saturday from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
