Stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things is truly the best way to grow. While it might be scary and the hard path, it is the most rewardingTake it from @_ericnavarro as he did just that and this was his experience It’s been about 2 months since I have finished my 75 Hard journey, and I am incredibly proud of the progress I’ve made AND maintained. 75 Hard did come with so many amazing physical changes, but what I’m most proud of is my new found mental str...ength. Every day I wake up and I choose progress. I choose to live a life where I prioritize my body, mind, and soul over and over. For those who are making the changes now, or those who are considering making the change in the future, let me tell you this: it takes TIME. Not every day will be the same, and the progress will come slowly. I’m telling you to trust the process, commit yourself over and over because the growth is WORTH IT. Remember to stay grounded, give yourself grace, and I promise you will flourish. Take it from me, 75 Hard was one of the most challenging things I’ve done in my life, but I have found a new confidence and strength within me that I will carry on forever. 2020, what a year! 8 months ago we launched our Rebel On Demand site after having to shut down during the pandemic. This was the first video on the site & the opening song is truly fitting to the Rebel attitude. We fight til we collapse. We didn’t give up and we kept fighting to keep the doors open. Our team of instructors all banded together & put in long hours to bring you these rides! It was a uncertain time but it was all done for YOU With your support, we are now at the end of 2020 getting ready to attack 2021. We will be trotting 2 miles and getting on the bike for a 30 minute spin ride We know there are not many Turkey Trots happening and we want to be able to give you & your family the opportunity to still partake. Covid cases are on the rise in Riverside County, and following on from our recent update, it has come to our attention that there are positive cases in the studio. So we’ve made the tough decision to close the studio until the weekend of December 12th, effective immediately. Regardless of whatever practices we put in place, honesty is always the best policy. Even more, your health is, and has always been, our priority. We feel it'...s important to stay true to who we are, and continue to remain authentic and transparent in our communications. Over the coming days, you can rent or buy your own bike and join us online for live classes on Rebel On-Demand! In a day when the whole country is divided, was so liberating to be at Rebel, a place where we can leave at the BS outside and find what we need to get through ...the madness of this world. We appreciated having Eric Navarro to help us not only have a kickass workout but fun and energetic. Eric is a gem I wish we could have him in the afternoon at least once per week. See more

Thanksgiving Day Trot & Ride! We are excited to be able to throw on an event you, your family and friends can enjoy. Remember, tomorrow we will be running 2 miles and then hoping in the bike for a 30 minute spin If you have signed up for the event, please feel free to pick up your commemorative turkey trot & ride shirt tonight from 5pm-8pm in studio so you can wear them tomorrow morning. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class time so we can all be ready to ...go on time. We will have the course marked off along with race officials guiding you along. @haleymacdonald12 said she will be breaking records during the run so we look forward to anyone that can beat her. This Week 1. Domestic Violence Awareness Ride This ride will be held on 10/30/20 at Bel Vino Winery from 4pm - 8pm. We are teaming up with @itspeachycompany & @wctctemecula to give you a cycle class and take you through a booty burn class. Proceeds for this fundraiser will be going to @safe_families Tickets can be purchased through @itspeachycompany website... 2. Halloween Costume Ride This ride will be held on 10/31/20 in studio for our 7am, 8am, 9am & 10am class & we will be wearing our BEST costumes. We will be giving away prizes to those Rebels with the best costumes! Who thinks they will beat @haleymacdonald12 dinosaur costume. Tickets available on rebelspin.com 3. All Mens Ride(Mens Health Fundraiser) This ride will be held on 11/1/20 @ 9am in-studio. Ladies, this is your chance to make your men ride(& suffer) while you wine with us in the lobby.
