I’ve had many sleepless nights anticipating my property tours in Fairfax, San Anselmo, and Mill Valley this weekend. I have to say the views from every one have been magnificent.Such a dream kitchen with an attached mudroom too. That’s right. A mudroom...a rare sighting in California!

CLOSED! Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their renovated West Oakland Victorian. There were a lot of firsts with this one which means a lot of lessons too! Including my first listing during a worldwide pandemic, first listing with no open houses, first time using virtual staging, first time ever not having a recording happen same day or next...it took four business days to confirm with the county that we were officially on record. The struggles were real but that just made us all more tenacious and even more grateful for the final achievement.

OFFER ACCEPTED!!! It was a crazy anxious wait but definitely a good thing well worth it. Five determined buyers chased this one up into the $800s but we prevailed. The listing agent sent the sweetest note with the news too. Sweet dreams tonight!
