Pantone Colors of the Year 2021. After a most unique year, it only makes sense that we would launch into 2021 with an unexpected color of the year choice. Ultimate Gray is a cement-like shade, the type of color that can be found in pebbles along the shore and that quietly assures, encouraging feelings of composure, steadiness and resilience. Illuminating is a bright, vivacious shade imbued with the spirit of the sun. The color pairing may seem jarring initially. Taken separately, they occupy somewhat opposite sides of the emotional color wheel; gray can read a bit cold and stoic while yellow is warm and cheery. Together, however, they represent a marriage of strength and optimism.

Ingredients 5medium Pickled Cucumber 2large Yellow Potatoes 3large Carrots 5Eggs 1lbBologna or Ham 12ozCanned Sweet Peasrinse and drain 1/2cupMayonnaise Salt and Pepperto taste Dilloptional Tips for Making Russian Potato Salad Add fresh cucumber for additional crunch in the salad. Cook all vegetables ahead of time to give them enough time to cool to room temperature. For a quicker process, use aVegetable Chopper. This chopper will allow for evenly sized cubes. Instructions: Cook carrots and potatoes in boiled water for about 20-30 minutes, until they fully cooked through.Boil eggs for 11 minutes. Set all ingredients aside to cool to a room temperature. Dice vegetables, Bologna and eggs into one inch cubes. Mix to combine all ingredients together. Add mayonnaise to the salad ingredients, stir to dress the salad. Season with salt, pepper and dill.
