This story brightened our day, and we thought it would brighten your day too! A resident at one of our apartment communities, Coralaire Apartments, was seen with two, five gallon buckets filled with flowers. The next day, there were several flower arrangements placed throughout our community with a kind note in hopes that anyone who needed a flower arrangement to brighten their week would take one and bring it home to enjoy. It's stories like these that continue to inspire us during these unique times. A very special thank you to our thoughtful resident for brightening not only your neighbors week, but ours too!

"Your company likely lists a mission statement, but do you function and live by it as a team? After all, a mission defines and upholds what you stand for as a company. What is your purpose? What is your reason for existing? How do you serve? When you promote your mission to your employees, it results in a higher level of employee engagement and positive work culture, keeping them invested in the good work your company does when they go about their day-to-day tasks."

It's a great time to get familiar with our state capital and everything Sacramento has to offer! "Pick a place in Downtown Sacramento. You can’t throw a rock in any direction without hitting a new building project in the works. Apartments and condos are going up everywhere, the promise of the city’s plan to fully realize itself. In advance of those promising new projects, the landscape spanning from Old Sacramento and the river east into Midtown, dominated by imposing industr...ial parks, is filling in nicely with an understory of foodie hot spots, hip watering holes, crafty boutiques and a hopeful community. The backdrop of drab civic office buildings is being prettied up with dozens of massive murals from some of the city’s resident artists."
