We've always been big proponents of investing in improved #airfiltration for your heating and a/c system, and @aprilaireco has been our favorite brand. We installed this original 2200 air filter way back when and have been changing the media annually. The old design is outdated, and uses combs that tend to break. Luckily Aprilaire makes an upgrade kit for this case to use their newest filter media without having to replace the box! We're able to upgrade our customer to a Mer...v 13, 16 or Merv 13 activated carbon filter for just a little more than the old Merv 10 media! Working with the great guys at RJC Roofing on a roof replacement. This unit was changed out about 10 years ago but has plenty of life left. The change out was kinda just patched together and has had water leak problems since. We sourced a factory roof curb that RJC set for us and we got new plenums installed.
