Ratto’s former Rock Star employee Gus Flores came to visit us today! Gus retired back in 2002 after more than 40 years of service. He is a dear friend and an exceptional human! Gus is holding a picture taken in 1989 of himself with former owners Martin and Dorotea Durante at one of Ratto’s Pasta Opera evenings where Dorotea was a featured performer. Weyou Gus!
