Photos taken late this afternoon at our new Mountain House. Only 15 minutes from shops and restaurants on El Paseo in Palm Desert but a world away. The home is the original house built in the Royal Carrizo gated community, built by the Disney family as a guest house for their mountain estate. It abuts a wildlife preservation area and the Santa Rosa National Monument so will be ultra private forever. It will be available to lease in the coming months. We are busy making it beautiful!

We have closed on a new long term rental property -- 30 days or more per visit -- up on the mountain above Palm Desert. Eventually it will be a second home for us, but in the meantime it will be available to others who want a tranquil natural setting with bighorn sheep, bobcats, lizards, bald eagles as your neighbors. Endless views of the Coachella Valley, Salton Sea and the rocky outcroppings indigenous to the 3000 foot elevation. There is no pool! Just a wonderful experience to kick back and experience wild California but close enough to get to all the conveniences. Truly one of a kind home.
