NOT an easy or perfect case. Single missing canine tooth rebuilt with block bone graft and screws. Her real tooth was stuck in her palate and had to be remove...d a few years back. The bone graft adds volume to bulk up a root prominence that wasn't there before. Patient is 24 years old so grinding down teeth for a bridge is a no- no in my book! 2 years to finish this one tooth! Another one day implants case. Patient only had two teeth and dentures that did not fit. The patient lost self confidence and was embarrassed about the dentures. ... Sleep under IV sedation, place 11 implants and screw in a new smile made from digital 3D molds. Life changing for sure. 3 appts and completed!

Follow up a case from 2 years ago. Patient is doing great. Full mouth "All on 12" dental implants. Severe gum disease....cured!!!!!!!! Prettau Zirconia, screw retained. Bone levels stable.

Another life transformation is on the way!!!!!

Upcoming case for full upper replacement with zygomatic and pterygoid implants. But no gaps in the front teeth ;-)

Tough front and center tooth dental implant. She had a tiny gap before she fell on the concrete (OUCH) . She wanted to close the gap which makes these even more challenging! She was thrilled!
