Time to cut the ribbons! The first stores and other businesses are beginning to welcome customers at the brand new 101,000 sq. ft. retail center at Market Park San Jose in the Berryessa area of North San Jose.

Pleased to announce Dunkin’ will open a brand new 2,038 sq. ft. store in Suite 60 at the 101,000 sq. ft. Market Park retail center, 1477 Berryessa Road in San Jose. The restaurant will feature a Next Generation design, with an open, modern layout that includes a front-facing bakery case, dedicated mobile order pickup area that’s really convenient, cold beverages poured through an innovative tap system for consistently cold sips, and a top-quality espresso machine to make handcrafted drinks to order.

Market Park San Jose has named Borelli Investment Company to handle leasing at its modern 101,000 sq. ft. retail center on Berryessa Road in North San Jose. The Safeway-anchored shopping center is nearing completion in the heart of the 120-acre, $3 billion transit-oriented community, which is seamlessly integrated with the Berryessa BART station. The various stores, shops and restaurants will begin welcoming customers in March.

Market Park San Jose is in full development and Carbon Health is our latest company to sign a lease for a new clinic in the North Village.
