Ok that’s not 100% the truth, there are times to wash your ends, BUT you don’t need to do it every time you hop in the shower and pick up your favorite shampoo! Shampoo is actually designed to just wash the roots, you do not need to wash your hair like a herbal essences commercial! It just ends up fading your color quicker and removes all those natural oils you need on your ends. When you use shampoo on the ends you want to reach for either a detox shampoo ( I love MAXI.WA...SH.) clarifying, or exfoliating to remove the build up. Treat washing your ends like using an exfoliant on your skin, I suggest using it once or twice a week depending on how often you wash your hair! I hope this helps your hair and your pockets! We are excited! Here at Rae Talbot Salon we are taking every precaution for the safety of your guests and stylist. * When you arrive you please stay in your car until your stylist calls or text you to come in. * Your temperature will be checked first, if you have a fever we will have to reschedule your appointment. ... * If you have any any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been around anyone who has tested positive or have symptoms you will have to reschedule. * You will be asked to sign a waiver. * You are required to wear a mask during the entire service. If you come without a mask one will be provided to you. * Please come alone (this includes children) * You are asked to only bring in essential items (keys, wallet and phone) * Drinking and eating in the salon is no longer allowed. If you need to take a break ask your stylist if you can step outside. * Please try to use the restroom before you come, we will have to sanitize it after each of our clients use. So we only allow it for hand washing, staff and emergencies. * Blow drying is still allowed but some of our stylist might recommend alternative styling options. * Your stylist has 15 minutes in between each guest to disinfect their station and tools. This can delay your stylist so we ask you to be patient with us if we are running behind. * Many of our stylist have adjusted their prices if you have any questions please reach out to them.
