To everyone who purchased a home during the height of the pandemic, it was certainly worth all the extra effort!

Many sellers think summer is the hottest time of year in real estate, but it's actually spring. In fact, around May we typically see the market begin to slow do...wn a bit. Of course the verdict is still out on what type of summer and fall real estate season we'll have this year, but here are some things to watch. I'm not saying the market is dull or slow. Nope. Housing feels like it's driving 120 mph in a 60 mph zone. What I am saying is it's important to watch for seasonal slowing because it's a normal part of the market rhythm (besides last year when the market went crazy).
