Hey everyone. Stacey and I are hoping you all are happy and staying healthy during this unfortunate pandemic. Racey's Grill is actively looking for a business to partner with so you can enjoy the best burgers anywhere! And of course our famous Award Winning Clam Chowder, loaded fries and fresh cut beer battered onion rings. We recently catered our daughter's wedding and it was GREAT to be outside cooking with friends and family. Of course with masks, gloves and every precau...tion. We have a Fish and Chips Friday coming up so check back soon. Racey's Grill is available to cater your parties, special events, anniversaries, reunions, and of course holiday parties! Message us with any questions or menu requests. We will be cooking up a batch of Chowder at home next week as customers are stocking up for the Holidays. Ok tomorrow Chef Rob will be cooking up his famous Clam Chowder and Fish & Chips! Chowder in a 12oz Cup or Sourdough Bowl Or add a 8oz Chowder to your Fish & Chips... We will be serving in our "Home Cafe" (our driveway LOL) The tables will be 6 feet apart as we of course practice safe distancing. Did you say AWARD WINNING CLAM CHOWDER? Is anyone having a craving? Chef Rob is cooking next Tuesday! (July 14th) If you would like some Chowder BASE, please send us a message. If you live in Woodland, Knights Landing or Rio Linda we can deliver. A frozen bag of Clam Chowder base usually feeds 6 in a cup size, or 3 hungry people or 1 Clam Chowder addict who eats straight out of the pot (You know who you are) Our Chowder Base is frozen. When you are ready to serve, defrost a...nd add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream. If you want to serve your Chowder immediately, come pick it up on Tuesday. We are going stir crazy! Chef Rob has taken everything out of the garage, painted the walls, and is now painting THE FLOOR! There is a bar in my living room...and it looks like Sanford & Son in the driveway. We can't wait to get back to StingRayz Marina and start cooking up some great food for you'all! The Sacramento River...great drinks...dancing to the band...special friends...I can STILL DREAM!!!!!
