I’ve been told the City of Ventura is going to file a document on Monday asking the Court for another extension of time for homeowners to answer moving the date from September to October. Been getting messages re water lawsuit lately. Yes, I am on top of it. I am putting together a team of lawyers to represent the homeowners my former opponent and the City of Ventura chose to sue.... We may seek to certify a class action of defendants and counter sue the City of Ventura - Government. We stand up to bullies.

Any case that is set for trial this year, is hereby continued until next year said a Las Vegas District Court Judge to me and all other lawyers appearing via telephone today. Ugh. Delayed justice. Good for insurance companies, bad for injured folks and trial lawyers.... Don’t have a pic, but here’s one of my son’s chickens all packed into one nesting box while several remain vacant. There must be a better way.

How much is your time worth? That’s what a subcontractor asked me today and then proceeded to question why I have done a lot of the work on the #VenturaLegalCenter. An hour later, I got out of the attic and showed him this pic. ... It’s a massive, disgusting load of old bird shit, nests and eggs I found inside the attic space of the #VenturaLegalCenter. 2 building inspections (buyer and seller), roofers putting on a new roof, ac guys replacing all ACs and ducts (how did they miss this!), massive electrical work, and a maintenance service all missed it or didn’t say anything. My health, my family’s health and our tenants’ health is worth my time. That’s one reason why I’ve spent the last week re-insulating 8500 square feet. Another?
