Good news, our phones are up and working again. Call us, as appointments are needed to come to the shop, at (661)286-1248. We are open this week Tuesday-Thurs from 11-3:00pm.

We will be starting our next three month class in August. This is a Painted Pony design, titled The Village. Come join Sherry Bray as she will design and teach this piece in August, September and October. Sign up today thru the end of Feb. There will be a $100 non-refundable deposit taken while signing up. Due to Governor Gavin Newsom’s orders, we will need to close the shop for the entire month of January. Therefore, we will need to postpone the donkey class slated to start in Jan 2021. I’ll let you know the dates of the new classes when we can open for business again. We can still mail out any orders that you need. Please email Heidi at: [email protected]. Heidi and Ray have potentially been exposed to Covid. It is still to early to test. At this time, they are not... experiencing any symptoms. Again, I will keep you posted on their statuses. Lastly, Sherry’s M-I-L has been in the ER recently, due to a burst Varicose Vein in her lower leg. She is home now and resting comfortably. Wishing you all a Happy New Year and hoping for a better 2021 then the 2020 we had.

I’ve just been told that Sherry has taken a fall. She has been to Urgent Care. The doctor told her that she has a broken Shoulder Socket Bone (Glenoid). She will be needing surgery to repair. For now, that is all we know. We will keep you all posted with the latest info, as soon as I can. Please pray from Sherry to make a speedy and full recovery.

We are having to close the store for today, only. There has been some developments that need the attention of Heidi and Sherry, at this time. We are very sorry for any inconvenience you may experience.

Due to the rolling black outs by SCE and the extreme heat, our hours of operation are as follows, for this week only: M-Th closed Fri 11:00-5:00 Sat 11:00-3:00... We are sorry for any inconvenience you may experience due to the change.

Join us Friday afternoons for this adorable Maggie canvas. We are offering this class two ways: Beginning Friday, Sept 18th, come join us (with masks) from 1:00-2:00pm, or we would be happy to ship you all of the supplies. This is a 3 month class. The cost of the canvas is $240 and the threads are TBD. The stitch guides are $10 each for a total of $30. Please call the shop ASAP, so that we can get the canvases in for the start of our class. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required at the time of sign-up.

We have new classes coming. Please check out the two posts today for each opportunity. One class option will be, Jolly Trees by Renaissance Designs. This is the perfect canvas to bring you into the holiday cheer. The canvas cost is $225 and the thread cost is TBD. The stitch Guide cost is $125 and was written by Sherry Bray. The class will be taught on Oct 17th. Class starts at 10:00am, or we can send it to you. Please call the shop at (661)286-1248, ASAP, so canvases can be ordered and ready in time. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required.

So many new changes are happening due to the Covid-10 Pandemic. With that in mind, here are the happenings at Queen Anne’s. The Longhorn Class set for June 27th has been canceled. (We have not received our canvases from the designer.) We will reschedule the class, upon receipt of the canvases. Due to the cancellation of the Longhorn class, we will move Sherry Bray’s Landscape class to June 27. (It has been previously scheduled for June 28th.). Class time is 10:00-1:00. Unf...ortunately, only those people who are taking this class may come in and stitch. After class is over (as some people leave right away) we can then resume open stitching from 1:00-3:00pm. Please let Heidi know that you will be attending class. We will be closed and on Holiday from June 28th thru July 6th. We will reopen on July 7th. Please take note of our new hours. They are as follows: Mon-closed Tue-closed Wed-11:00-5:00 Thu -11:00-5:00 Fri - 11:00-5:00 Sat- 11:00-3:00 Sherry Bray is available for Canvas Enhancement from 11:00-5:00pm on Wed and Thurs. On July 17th, the shop will have our new Friday Fling. The new hours are 11:00-7:00pm. On July 18th Sherry Bray will be teaching her Snowman Dome class from 10:00-2:00. Open stitching* will be from 11:00-3:00. On July 19th Sherry Bray will be teaching her Landscape piece. Her class time is from 10:00-12:00. Open stitching* will be from 1:00-3:00. The mini-Retreat we had scheduled in Aug has been cancelled. This Retreat will be rescheduled when we all can be together and not have to fear the spread of Covid. *Open Stitching is defined as: no more than 10 people in the store. We are now open Thurs-Sat from 11:00-3:00, for most of June. We will be closed June 29-July 6th in observance of the 4th of July. We will resume normal business hours on July 7th.
