Friday, March 8, a lady visited Qimura for lunch. She mentioned she had a food allergy of mushroom. Our server went into the kitchen and was telling our chef about it, one of our kitchen staff said something about his personal opinion on food allergies. The lady heard what he had said, and told the server what she heard. After the server realized what had happened, they went to the kitchen to tell the staff to apologize to the lady, the lady had left. Though the staff did not... point to anyone, at Qimura, we do not allow this kind of attitude. As food providers, we have a responsibility for food quality and safety for everyone. We apologize to the lady, and we are starting a project for all our employees to emphasize about food allergies. Also, we made a donation box on our front table, we will match all of the donations until the end of the month. Again, we do not know the lady, but I wish she could see this message, me and my husband, owners of Qimura, and all of our employees give you our sincere apology. See more
