Hello Pleasant View and OVPP families! Hope you all are enjoying Spring Break! When we come back to school we will launch our fundraiser in support of the HOLLYROD Foundation and our Schools with KEEP Collective! KEEP is a unique jewelry line that allows you to create your personal story with beautiful, one of a kind pieces! This month is Autism Awareness Month and KEEP has launched a special boutique for you to shop and give back! Beginning April 2nd KEEP Collective will once again be releasing a Shop for a Cause and will donating 20% of the retail purchase price of eligible sales of these items in the Autism Awareness Boutique to the HollyRod Foundation. The HollyRod Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care to those living with autism. The HollyRod Foundation seeks to fill an unmet need by providing services to underserved individuals and families that are burdened financially and emotionally by a diagnosis. Thank you to the staff at Pleasant View and OVPP for hosting a wonderful breakfast for the PAC team this morning. Love that Dixie has been part of OVPP this year and the amazing Mrs Kim Hunter and and Mrs Cindi Hernandez these women and staff on this campus goes beyond measure! It is the least the PAC team can do to support these educators throughout the year and today they thanked us! How lucky we are!! I was also presented with a special certificate of appreciation by Mr. ...James the principal... which completely caught me off guard! Supporting this school and the students who attend is a gift for me to see the magic in the children when they get the new books, the new learning tools, experience new instruction the teachers were hoping for that a fundraiser helped pay for, new playground equipment, a new activity! We are introducing Special Persons Day for the first time next week!
