Lou Pinella, on New York radio this morning, says he is in shape now because of Pilates. And he should have been doing Pilates while he was playing. He talked for a full 5 minutes about how great Pilates is!

What kind of pitcher throws a no-hitter? One who does Pilates 6 days a week and does 20 minutes on the Reformer before every start ! Congrats to Jake Arrieta!
