Who's with me???!! Yep, these are two real-life photos from this morning. Me, working out in my hallway due to internet issues while also making sure my kids are doing online learning, and my sidekick, Duke Amaral, trying to get in his workout, too! No matter how crazy my day is, how many interruptions there are, I have to find time for a workout - it's so important for my mental health and since I can't go to my in-person group classes that I love so much, this is how I make it work. This is 2020! What a crazy mess!
