There's no such thing as "just an email" or "just a quick call" - it's hard to tell what step in our life journey will be life changing - for us or for others. Everything does does truly make a difference - and wow... sometimes that can be exhausting. Take care of yourself so that you can continue to make a difference for others. <3

Being present in the moment is always tough for me - and especially when I'm in an "influence situation." My mind races in time - thinking forward to what comes next and how I can help.
