Page was busy celebrating International Yoga Day over the weekend and preparing to start working with you! Beginning July 16th, Paige will be taking 1-on-1 clients and teaching Tuesday/Thursday classes 7-8:00 pm for Vinyasa Yoga. Call or visit us in person to set up your appointment or to inquire more. Vinyasa yoga focuses on the flow of positioning. Each session will consist of movements and postures that move seamlessly and thoughtfully from one to another. This flow decrea...ses respective motions as well as awkward transitions that can be uncomfortable or harmful to the client. Hope to see you in the Fitness Center.
