"The Cure for the Common Workout!" omega30 is for people who want a fun, unique, and proven workout that guarantees results. omega30 offers a 30-minute workout program that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The program consists of a proprietary system of 3 challenging AMRAP workouts that are guaranteed to get you fit!... Classes start on February 27th. Please contact a Z-ULTIMATE instructor for pre-registration prices and discounts! Here’s What You Can Expect: Show up at your convenience; there are no scheduled class times! You’re welcomed by a friendly, qualified trainer Trainer shows you how to do each exercise based on your fitness level Every workout consist of three 7 minute stages with a 2-minute rest in between.
