12th Grade Book and Chromebook Return - Monday, June 8th Seniors will return books and Chromebooks Monday, June 8th according to the following schedule: 1:00 - 1:30 PM - Last names A - F 1:30 - 2:00 PM - Last names G - M 2:00 - 2:30 PM - Last names N - Z... Procedure: Park in the back student/staff parking lot and enter campus through the gate near the back portables. Go to the library/textbook room to check in materials. Please be sure to follow distancing guidelines when lining up to turn in materials. Due to distancing requirements, we cannot allow you to congregate on campus to socialize. Once you have returned your materials, you will need to leave campus. Important Note Regarding Chromebooks: Please ensure that your Chromebook is charged prior to your check-in time. Library staff will need to turn on the Chromebook to ensure it is working properly. Don't forget to bring your charger. Book collection for cadets in grades 5 - 11 who have not yet turned in textbooks, library books, and/or classroom books and equipment will do so Monday, June 8th according to the schedule below: 9:15 - 10:00 - Last Names A - F 10:00 - 10:45 - Last Names G - M 10:45 - 11:30 - Last Names N - Z Procedure: Drive into the front parking lot. Staff will accept books through the car window. Books will be scanned right away so you can be informed if there are any missing materials. P.E. Items/Lost & Found: If there are P.E. or Lost & Found items that need to be picked up, you will drive out of the parking lot and park in front of the gym. Staff members will assist you in retrieving items to ensure proper distancing. Reminder: Students in grades 5 - 11 will keep their Chromebooks through the summer unless they are leaving the district.
