On this eve of 4th of July, I’m thankful to be in the profession of criminal defense. Well, this was a nice little letter to receive this morning being recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 Criminal Defense Lawyers in California!

Amazing day for my client. We were ready for jury trial that was set to go this morning. My client was grossly overcharged, and frankly stuck with a case that should have never been filed. Regardless, we fought vigorously for 6 months for his freedom, and today, on the morning of trial, case dismissed! I’m so relieved that he will spend the holidays with his family and not in jail. #criminaldefense #attorney #law #sanfrancisco #bayarea

Last week my client was wrongly accused of having violated the terms of his probation. Even worse, as a result he had a bench warrant for his arrest wrongly issued. I can happily state that he is going to be able to get a good nights sleep tonight . His bench warrant was recalled, and his wrongly accused probation violation dropped, with the original terms reinstated.
