The next amazing brisket we make could be yours! This great point cut of brisket is from Creekstone Farms. It's rubbed with a simple salt and spice mixture that's heavy on freshly cracked black pepper, then smoked for about 8-9 hours on low heat with a mix of oak, mesquite, and pecan wood until it's perfectly tender and incredibly scrumptious.
