I used my new self-prescribed customized foot orthotics from Foot Levelers this past weekend. They provided plenty of support for my arches and stability for my ankles. To my surprise, I was able to run farther than my intended goal (after a 52 mile bike ride) on Sunday without having foot fatigue and pain. I highly recommend it!
