Just a reminder that we are on break until January 4th! We hope everyone has a happy, healthy, and restful couple of weeks! See you in 2021!

We want to wish all families a Happy Thanksgiving We hope that everyone stays safe and enjoy the holidays! Progression Gymnastics will be closed all week for break, this includes zoom, private lessons, and camps. We will resume all on Monday, November 30th. It’s that time of year again! Get your sweatshirt to beat the cold and help support Progression Gymnastics! This year, we will be ordering Hot Pink, black, or maroon! $30 + tax, or 2 for $50 We will only doing preorders this year to avoid over ordering so please contact us by Friday, November 13th! The best way to spend quality time with your brother is at gymnastics!

We began our handstand segment today! Our focus was on different variations of donkey kicks-bent leg, straight leg, and straddle leg. We also focused on teeter totters on the floor and beam. Students learned about keeping their bodies tight in hollow and pencil positions, and they got to practice handstands on the wall, which was a unanimous favorite!
