The Bathrobe Investor

Finally getting back into doing deals in real estate. Whew. Been a while, but my motivation was low, low, super low. I'm also finally taking steps to turn my own home into a group home. I pulled all the info and am just now talking to investors again. I am pretty sure I can do everything I need to do to get things right in the house for it to be used for elder care OR special needs care for about $100K. Renovations need to be in alignment with ADA rules. That means better b...athrooms and a couple other things. The back yard needs some love and a nice flat slab so wheelchairs can roll up on it. Plus I need to pay for the licensing. Plus different furnishings. Plus staff. I want it to be a great home for 6 individuals who can look out over the lake, be taken on walks through wooded areas and be treated like we all should be treated. Well. Really well! What are YOU up to?

Now that I know how to do Amazon FBA pretty darned well, and I've taught a few people one-on-one, maybe I should create a LOW PRICED course. Just to help people get over their fears. But not charge several hundreds of dollars. Who is in?
