Our Story... . Kevin & Keith, two best friends with an idea, with a vision of creating something big together. . Creating a solution to a problem.... Preparing healthy food that ACTUALLY tastes great & that’s good for you! . Off they went, cooking out of Kevin’s dad’s house. For 3 months they cooked out of a normal home kitchen with limited space & equipment but they made it work. . They saved enough money to rent a kitchen space to scale the company. . From there, they went through a series of events, good & bad but they persevered and continued to move forward. . In 2015, they launched Thanks4Giving Feast by prepLIFE, where they fed low income families & the less fortunate. They continued to do this this event every year feeding hundreds of people in need & doing so with the help of their local community. . From doing demos sampling food at gyms, working with trainers & influencers, doing countless deliveries and dealing with hardships that comes with the journey of starting your own business. . They opened doors to their first location during a pandemic & economic crisis. They didn’t know what they had in store for them but what they did know is that they could over come this challenge together. .
