The doctor spends time working out the places of soreness or stiffness to understand where to prioritize time and efforts. It's everything from massage to adjustments and regular cadences of stretching. I have struggled with back pain for the past couple of years, and have been to three visits so far and can already see improvement! I felt my old chiropractor didn't listen to me and did the same adjustments every time I went. Dr. Bugawan actually listens to my concerns and gives me exercises to work on when I am at home/ work. Thank you Erica for your 5-star review on Google: Dr. Bailey and Dr. Cruze are two of the best medical practitioners (not just chiropractors) I've been to in my entire life. They don't just solve the pain but explain clearly what is causing the issue, how to prevent it moving forward, and what to work on to ease the pain in the moment. I've learned so much about my own body by working with them which has made me more aware of preventative measures and a better athlete overall. I know that they can solve any ache, pain or issue I have. They have even caught other issues before they even start to cause me daily pain.
