The other night, Precision held a meeting over Zoom Video Communications to go over our Quarter 1 Company update report. We want to take this time to thank our Precisioneers for their hard work and dedication during this unique and complicated time. The current situation has been challenging but we are so fortunate to have a team that is able to work through adversity and keep our projects on schedule. Normally, we would have been able to have this meeting in person, but it was still nice to see everyone's faces! #workfromhome

#FunFactFriday Precision was founded in 2013 by an Architect, Contractor, and Real Estate Developer to provide clarity and expertise for those with a growing need of data-driven construction costs.

#MonthlyProjectFeature This month we would like to put a spotlight on the San Antonio Water Company Office and Facility Development. After being headquartered in the same location for over 90 years, the San Antonio Water Company recently started to see a reduction in its productivity due to space constraints and has decided to move its offices. As a result, the Company is planning to construct a new headquarters facility and brought on CEDG Architects to lead the design effort. Our cost management team has since reviewed the project and helped to establish budgetary construction costs. Our work was performed off of preliminary floor & site plans along with a design narrative. Proposed project scopes consist of environmentally-friendly office and meeting space, maintenance & storage buildings, and various site improvements.

Precision recently provided construction cost estimating services for the Alex Fiore Teen Center and Kelly Goebel Adult Community Center project located in Thousand Oaks, CA. Precision just finished with providing construction cost estimating services for the Tennyson Park project located in Hayward, California. This park project consisted of various site improvements to the existing ten-acre site.
