This project involves the full abatement, structure removal (33 buildings) and site clear of a 68-acre correctional facility located in Whittier. The facility opened in 1891 and was in operation for 113 years.

This project is located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles and includes the full structural removal of the three-story Atrium area and demo of all exterior finishes including planters, pavers, fountains and stairs.

This project located next to LAX involves the abatement and complete interior demolition of tenant improvements from a 14-story former office building to be developed into a hotel.
