Practice San Francisco 08.07.2021

Happy June Mamas! We are excited to announce our newest series just for YOU! Mighty Moms Whether you’re a mother to an infant, a teenager, and/or any aged kid(s) in between, join our brand new motherhood community with psychologist, fellow mom, and PRACTICE founder Dr. Nina Kaiser. Our summer Mighty Moms series will offer easy, practical, and powerful strategies designed to help you survive the summer, reconnect with a happier, less stressed, and more effective version of ...yourself, and smoothe the way for a more peaceful (and joyful!) family life. We know that you're tired and overextended, and that signing up for yet another Thing to Do (especially a Thing on Zoom!) is probably the last thing you need! But this is Zoom for moms who hate Zoom. It’s going to be easy, practical, manageable, hopefully even FUN. And it’s going to be effective. You’ll leave each session feeling connected, energized, and rejuvenated (self-care, CHECK!)-- and you’ll end the summer in a better place than you're starting it. Linked in bio! Please share with your mom friends! See more

A note from out founder, @drninakaiser - Are you feeling stressed about the upcoming election, and/or the general state of our country and world? If so, you are not alone! Let’s face it: there are very real and valid reasons to be anxious about next week’s election. The election results likely will have long-term implications for not only the pandemic, the economy, and the environment, but also for basic and fundamental human rights. In addition, the way in which t...his election has unfolded has felt unpredictable and chaotic, unbound by the rules and predictable procedures that typically accompany elections. So. where does that leave us? How can we cope? As a psychologist specializing in anxiety, swipe through for my top three tips and tricks on managing our election-related anxiety over the coming week. For more details on these AND other anxiety-management strategies (for adults and kids!), sign up for the @practice.sf newsletter via the link in bio special election edition coming to you tomorrow! In the meantime, I’ll be right here, stress-eating my kids’ Halloween candy.
