Note: Service to God does not require public notice. Isaiah was a great man with a prominent ministry, yet little is know of his life. His motivation for mini...stry wasn’t driven by a need for public distinction or to be the center of attention. What are your motives in your service to God? If they are for anything other than the glory of God, they are misdirected. Seek to serve God and His people without demanding the public spotlight. Service to God in any capacity is reward enough. God did not promise Isaiah great success when He commissioned him for ministry. Yet Isaiah eagerly responded to God’s call. Kings ignored Isaiah’s warnings, and the government accused him of treason because he disapproved of its actions apart from the blessings of God. Yet for more than 50 years Isaiah faithfully proclaimed God’s message anyway. See more
