Since opening our doors, we’ve had many tough conversations with not just our customers but our own employees about what Brienne @ratmagnet has been exposing over the last few days on her account. The ...stories shared were beyond disrespectful to women in the industry, downright vile, and painful to read. This behavior has not been tolerated and will not be tolerated at Pour Decisions. We don’t care if you’ve supported us in the past, if you can’t show respect or continue to act like a creep, don’t bother applying for a job or visit our taproom; we will not foster this type of culture. Our staff is our most valued asset. To support Brienne’s possible legal expenses, we’ve purchased these shirts made by @beernightsandiego for our staff to wear in solidarity. May 15th is Peace Officers Memorial Day and today, we are honoring two heroes that made the ultimate sacrifice this week. They leave behind friends, families, love ones, and communities that are grieving in pain. Please join us today from 12-10pm at Pour Decisions Taproom for a fundraiser to help Detective Benedetti’s and Officer Inn’s families. Together, we can make a difference and help provide some relief and comfort for these two mourning families. All draft sales of donated kegs, Juice Police cans, and raffle proceeds will go directly to the families.
