Dear Customers, As you may already know, we once reopened on 7/14/20, and we are shutting down again from the next day due to the new order from the state. After so many hours of effort to get ourselves prepared for the reopening, we were very confident and were very looking forward to seeing you.... We were shocked when we heard the news on the day before of our reopening day, but we enjoyed working and seeing some of our customers very much on 7/14. It made us feel so much better and more confident. We confirmed we are ready. We are very sorry for again, to cancel your appointment. But we will get back to you once we confirm the reopening date which we believe it'd come sooner than last time. We've waited 4 months already, and we are almost there! Meanwhile, we would take our responsibility to keep learning and will show you the result after we are allowed to go back, and we would keep ourselves healthy. Finally we will be back! We have been closed our door for almost 4 months, and Santa Clara County announced they have submitted a request for reopening of hair salons from 7/13/20. We are still waiting for the state approval but so excited that we finally will be going back to salon!! We will contact you once the reopening date is confirmed.... Hi everyone! It has been 3 months since we closed due to SIP order, and unfortunately we don’t have the restarting date yet, still waiting for the official announcement. But we believe it’s not too far away so we’re waiting until the last minutes (every Friday noon) and if we don’t have the date by then, we’re canceling the following week’s appointments. Because we still don’t have the date yet, we’re currently not rescheduling any appointments.... We’ll get back you once we have the official GO!
