It's been two months since I've shared; because it's been two months since this world lost the generous, kind spirit that was my baby brother. It's hard to know how to continue in life, let alone social media, after such a personal tragic event. This hit so sudden and deep, it made every thought, feeling, or occasion feel insignificant. I've grieved, grown, redacted, quit, read, drank, started, stopped and .. learned. Still more to process, but here's what... I can share to guide: 1. Keep Going. Even though my deepest emotions have been put into a blender, life keeps going, and I (we) must follow suit. 2. Ask for Help. My brother needed help, and didn't know how to ask. I needed help, and am thankful to have received it. If we could all be brave enough to ask for help, how much better could we all be? 3. Focus on your Happiness - Loving my family and friends, being in nature, helping clients, and so much more brings me happiness. This kept me centered and helps to move forward. Find your happiness and prioritize and pursue it with all your heart.
