Did you know that we worked with the city’s adopt a median program to beautify a concrete slab dozens of people walk by everyday and we water and clean it twice a week? Thanks for the support to our neighbors, councilmember Bonin & Venice neighborhood council :)

Sometimes when one door closes, an elevator door opens. These two have made PodShare downtown not only their home, but a safe clean place for those looking for affordable options. They met here & formed a brotherhood that’s beautiful to see. One is going to Venice and the other to Westwood: they bring their smiles and accents with them. #toinfinityandbeyond

Yesterday our neighbors came out for day 2 of the median beautification project and we finished!

Today we came together with Venice neighbors to beautify a median that was burned down and charred by an encampment fire!

This is Lavender @DTLA - she’s from Anaheim, going to Long Beach City college majoring in Anthropology. She’s a vegan and loves bagels (even has a tattoo)
