Pine Mt. Lake Waterski and Wakeboard Club 15.12.2020

Hi there ski club affiliates, Im looking for anyone willing to give me a hand this weekend repairing the slalom ski course. A number of the buoys need replacing. I have the replacements, and it would be easier if I had another set of helping hands. Even better would be if someone has a patio boat that we could use. Just reply back to let me know if you are vailable this afternoon/evening or tomorrow, Memorial Day, anytime during the day.

I received the replacement ski course buoys, but not able to make it up to PML this weekend. If any one is heading up and wants to swing by my place in Campbell and pick up the buoys please let me know.

Important Notice Regarding the Proposal to add 7am and 8am morning Ski times: The board is sharing the lake and marina committees findings/decisions this Saturday, 9am, April 16 2016 at the Lake Lodge. They are asking the community to voice their opinion on the proposal to extend the hours. It will help if you can attend and speak in support of it. Please be vocal in support (with a professional tone pls). Propery owner Open Forum is from 9:10-9:15am If you are available ple...ase attend the board meeting. The topic is targeted for 10am on the agenda. 1. Remind the board that golfing begins at 7am and is year round. Also loud noises - such as construction are allowed by law. Ex: a lawn blower across the lake, lake pumps, etc are louder than a ski boat one at a time in the middle of the lake. 2. If legal issues are raised remind the board we have insurance and are legally responsible for our actions. 3. We will post the rules on the marina glass window and the folks that open the gate will have skiers read them. 4. Skiers will agree to raise and lower the red flag prior to skiing. Other points that you feel are important such as "the wind" conditions later in the morning being detrimental to slalom skiing, etc. The board email distribution list is [email protected]

Regarding the Proposal to add 7am and 8am morning Ski times and no seasonal restrictions: The board is sharing the lake and marina committees findings/decisions this Saturday, November 7th. They are asking the community to voice their opinion on the proposal to extend the hours and the season. It will help if you can attend and speak in support of it. Please be vocal in support (with a professional tone pls). If you are available please attend the board meeting. The topic... is targeted for 10am on the agenda. Please also write the board a letter voicing your support and why it is important to you to ski for a longer period of time 7-10am and all season. 5. Other ski lakes similar in size in a private community allow year round skiing. Other points that you feel are important such as "the wind" conditions later in the morning being detrimental to slalom skiing, etc. The board email distribution list is [email protected]
