Just a simple faucet replacement and re grout of the side & backsplash really helped to upgrade this bathroom to help close escrow on the client’s condo.

My customer contacted me about her dripping Moen tub valve which was served 1 year ago. Upon inspection of the valve cartridge and flushing out the valve body, look what was deposited in the tub. Solder and copper shavings from her recent piping reroute, necessitated by a slab leak, destroyed the cartridge which should have lasted for years. The customer contacted the company that did the work and received an apology with a refund check to pay for my charges. Good on them! I’ll bet they now encourage their plumbers to flush out the water lines after they run new piping.

Just installed this double vanity in the homeowners Master Suite. The stone countertop mfg supplied the nicest mounting hdwr for the twin under counter mount china basins that I’ve ever encountered. Good on them!

Another early 1980’s bath tub renewed with all new chrome plated brass trim set, spout, overflow & drain set as well as all new internal valve stems. This tub full renovation took just about an hour.

With patience, skill and determination that rusted old ugly faucet can be replaced with a nice new upgrade.

This Delta In2ition 5 function shower head & hand shower set with built in diverter is a pretty neat unit. The Moen Kingsley trim set with new cartridge was the finishing touch to an upgrade of a circa 1985 master shower in Laguna Niguel, CA.

All California residents should go out immediately and purchase new shower heads regardless of whether you need one now or not. As of July 1st 2018 all new shower heads cannot exceed 1.8 gallons per minute! You will not be able to legally purchase a more efficient head in our State thanks to the radical legislators in Sacramento. Be Forewarned!
