It’s a scorcher this week! Stay hydrated AF while you’re out in the sun tomorrow. Also, eat watermelon! It’s great for cooling the body from that summer heat (if you can handle it eat some of the white part too!). Things to look out for as a warning sign you’re overdoing the heat/sun: headache, nausea/vomiting, not sweating even though you’re hot, muscle weakness/cramps, irritability, burning heat sensation of the skin and a rapid heartbeat.
