Reception duties: Please submit resume to: [email protected] 1. MUST BE BILITERATE (Spanish & English) 2. Schedule Appointments... 3. Greet Walk in clients (CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC FOR WALK-INS only available for dropping documents at the moment) 4. Take phone calls a. Create call Log in OfficeTools (software) to take message, or direct calls accordingly (to team member or voicemail) 5. Work with POS system (Point of Sale) 6. Scan documents for bookkeeping/tax department 7. Prepare documents/packages to be mailed Update/record the mail log and save records 8. Assist with preparing labels, binders, presentation folders, signs for office 9. Assemble tax return folders 10. Mail thank you cards 11. Check status of mail with tracking number when needed 12. Maintain reception and lobby area clean and organized 13. Receive and distribute mail 14. Attend training on a regular basis -Must attend customer service training 15. Direct information/document/client to the proper team member. 16. Contact clients for signatures/ pick up documents or messages 17.
